On which place can I find the "Q" inlet heater on the 707-320B ?
Is discussed in the Min. equipment list for the 707.

They were also installed on USAF KC-135's. Provided artificial feel to the hydraulic boost on the rudder pedals. It was calibrated to the current airspeed. There was also a manual reversion switch in case of emergencies.
