How about this in your backyard?

Folks:

I had read about this guy (a real life cardiologist) and his "real-aircraft-parts" simulator. If you have not, please take a few minutes to enjoy.

I recommend the 4th clip on the Checkerboard approach to KAI TAK airport. The checkerborad is seen just past 3:30min.

The 2nd clip on IFR apprach into San Juan (TJSJ) (his home country airport) in driving rain and lightning is also fun.

Geez, that hangar alone is worth x millions. Now that's what I call dedication when it comes to the hobby. Great one!  Cheesy

I'll just keep on dreaming (and drooling) about a setup like that! Cry
