Weather update turns off or repositions switches

Got a weather update and noticed some caution lights. Found switches repositioned. Went around the cockpit resetting everything. It did the same thing when I did a cheat and changed the fuel load prior to landing. No harm done, reset the switches..
I noticed that the aircraft is more sensitive to control inputs with low fuel. I was rocking and rolling there for a minute. This is a great plane to fly from CS I really enjoyed it in FS9 too..

Thats strange. I dont remember CS 727 did this with standard FSX real time weather. and i fly CS 707 with REX weather engine, and it works fine. nothing like this happens.

Just noticed the change with the weather update and resetting my fuel qty in flight. This may be causing the aircraft to reload ?
I don't mess with either now. As the doctor would say, If it hurts doing that, then stop doing it....

I know that after changing the fuel quantity in the 707 will reset many switches, but I've never had it happen with the weather. Did you change the weather by going to the menu, or was it when the weather updated itself via the internet? If I use the FSX real world weather, I usually use the "fixed" and not the "updated every 15 minutes", so I never encountered it doing that in-flight.

Using an external weather program (I use ASE), I have never had the switches reset after the weather is updated.

I was going back and getting the fixed weather again. I had departed Atlanta at dawn. Before arriving at LAX I went and selected weather again due to possible ground fog from the earlier weather.

Ahhh. So you changed the weather. That makes sense. I have learnt to set everything up prior to starting the 707, so I can stay away from the menu. I don't exactly know which ones cause it because I get cranky when it happens and so I don't think about what it was I actually did. I'll try to remember that changing the weather does it too.

Not converting a flight plan to an AWC for the INS prior to stating a flight in the 707 is the main thing I forget to do. Embarrassed
