B767 Panel

The plane is amazing, the panel is also great but for some reason the "FREQ" and the "CRS" just to left of the autopilot don't show up and neither does the Radio frequency screen.                     Also when I try to open up the different panel via "SHIFT-***" and either the panel shows up but only the shape of it and a black screen,          for example the overhead panel does this when i bring it up, I see the panel but sections of it are just balck and some panels dont show up at all after i hit Shift-***.....

Please help me here!!

It sounds like the activation process has failed. You will need to uninstall it, remove the 767 entry from the registry, then reinstall it. See KB #685 for more details.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for the response, I tried exactly what you told me to do i followed the instructions on the KB #685 and i still have the buttons grayed out. I not sure on what else to do, I ran it as Administrator and restarted my computer and still didn't work. I dont want to get a refund on this because it is really nice and I love it better than the another company. Ill try to put a Picture in this post but if there isnt one than the picture file is to big. Thank you

If you can put a picture up on Photobucket or Imageshack, you can provide a link (that we can't click on, but we con copy and paste in another browser window so we can go an view it.

You caould always try an offline activation. That is easy and can often solve these kinds of problems. It would mean uninstalling it and removing the registry entry again, but it might work.

Unfortunately, until you have 10 posts, you can't add images, videos or links (as you probably already know).
