I'm having no problem with T/D calculation. Are you entering either a SID/STAR or an altitude constraint?

I use RouteFinder (Free). Enter a Departure and Arrival airports and then press the Find Route button.
This does not give you the SID or STAR, you have to work them out for yourself.
Here is what it gave me for a flight from JFK to LAX:

KJKL DCT DACOS J78 IIU J8 STL J110 TRAKE J134 ELSTO J19 SCAWT J110 ALS J44 RSK J64 TBC J128 PGS STAR KLAX I did a typo. It was meant to be JFK to LAX and some how I enter KJKL instead of KJFK. Sorry. Embarrassed

Here it what it should have looked like:
KJFK DCT LAURN J42 RBV J230 BEETS Q480 VINSE J110 LEJOY J230 AIR Q480 ZANDR J110 BOWRR J80 EMPTY J110 CREEP J80 FYLLS J110 VHP J80 MCI J24 SLN J102 ALS J110 RSK J64 TBC J128 PGS STAR KLAX
DCT = Direct

I also use Flight Sim Commander 9 to create the route by just pasting that line into the route (I remove the DCT and STAR from it). I then mess around with SID and STAR (trying different ones) to figure the best ones for my departure and arrival. The SID, STAR and TRANSITION that can be added to the flight plan in FSC9, has made it a very good tool for creating routes for my CS aircraft. FSC9 has a link to RouteFinder Free (opens its own page within FSC) so you can search out a route.

Luca,

Let your finger do the walking...

Call up the computer and enter it in the route page.

The routing in RouteFinder can be slimmed down a bit with practice.
The legs page will show all the intersections and way points along the way.

vfrmap.com will give you the IFR charts you need for the U.S. &
http://www.pilotfriend.com/flightplanning/flight%20planning/approach_plates.htm will give you SID's & STARS as well as approach plates.

Before I was adding them into FSC 9, I would enter them into the CDU like this:

I left a few Jet Airways and Waypoints out (sorry), but this is just to give you an idea of how to add the route into the CDU

With FSC9, I copy this line: KJFK DCT LAURN J42 RBV J230 BEETS Q480 VINSE J110 LEJOY J230 AIR Q480 ZANDR J110 BOWRR J80 EMPTY J110 CREEP J80 FYLLS J110 VHP J80 MCI J24 SLN J102 ALS J110 RSK J64 TBC J128 PGS STAR KLAX and delete the words DCT and STAR, then press ok. It then gives me the route which I can save in FS format (Documents\Flight Simulator X Files\KJFKKLAX.PLN), which can then be loaded into the CS757's CDU. In FSC9 it looks like this:

but if you save it with the FS format and enter the intermediate points in the plane you will automatically enter

I ask because I wanted to do a flight-lipz LIRF when I go to put the star FMC gives me a strange thing (the end point of the route and 'Bol)
Then I select the ILS star star 16Rz bols4a and trans-Bol but I notice that after the route comes to CMP should be directed to LIRF and heads for the ILS runway .. Instead selecting ILS 16L stars bols4a course and trans Bol 'complete and therefore the approach ...

I'm not quite following what you mean.
Does your route have DISCONTINUITIES?
I.E. it gets to a waypoint, it continues on without following the rest of the plan?

Can you give me the entire route so I can try it and see what is happening?

I tried your flight plan.

LIPZ (RWY 04R) BELO7V (SID)  UT128 RUNIM UY106 NIKMA BOL BOL3B (STAR) BOL (TRANS) LIRF (RWY ILS16L) and it worked very well.

The BOL STAR took me away from BOL and the BOL TRANS brought me back to BOL before returning to LIRF for a nice landing. I might try it using the BOL TRANS, but not the STAR to remove that away from and back to BOL segment. It would mean the T/C and T/D will be very close together (I was using a Cost Index of 50).
