767-300 Base Pack = 39.99 Euros
707-300 Base Pack = 29.99 Euros (a long time special down from 59.95)
767-200 Expansion = 9.99 Euros

Looking at the current prices above, you save the most (30 Eros) by buying the 767-300 Base Pack.
But...IF you already own the 767-300 Base Pack and so are only wanting the 767-200 Expansion model, its usual price is already 9.99 Euros so you save nothing buying it during the sale.
Then there is the normal price for the 707-300 Case Pack, 29.99 Euros, so you will save 20 Euros if you buy that.

The decision is yours. I hope Captain Sim don't mind me telling you where you will get the best bargain.

The two are  very different.

With the 707, you have to fly it more (be at the controls most of the time). There is no A/T so I spend fair amount of time making adjustments to the throttles. I have to land the plane (A/P helps, but I have to do the work).

767 is almost a case of "set and forget".

I get more satisfaction from the 707 because I am the one who makes the flight a success. Or not! It is not fully automated.

Well I'm happy flying the 767/757, though I've been wanting give the 707 or 727 a try. I undestand that satisfaction point that Markoz stated and I surely will be trying those old birds Captain Sim have for us as soon as I'm back home.

Well I have them both and the 727 and find I alternate in order of preference between; 727 to 707 and 727 and must confess I have never touched the 767 except to make sure it worked, bit like the 747 what they call an old mans aeroplane, everything is automated and it drives itself and you just watch the world go by, I prefer it a bit more hands on.

But all being said and done, the 767 is a wide body aeroplane and the 707 is a narrow body. Different beasties for different times thats all!

It's different... systems, the entire way its (vintage) flown. But that's pretty much what I do, sometimes manual approaches when 20 nm out. ILS when WX is foggy  
The other day I manually descended and landed from FL330 and it was certainly nice  

For what it's worth most operators have a policy of not hand flying except for the take off and landing phase generally below 5000 ft and therefore the use of the autopilot (A/P) is mandated so to speak. You could even use the autopilot of an engine failure situation once you had the aircraft under control and flying normally and then hand over to 'George' to do it, usually did a better job. For jets the reason for this as you get to high altitudes you get into coffin corner where your stall speed and true airspeed are very narrow and the probability of loss of control from mishandling the aeroplane was very real indeed!.

I use the A/P most of the time especially for instrument approaches, but when I want to keep my hand in the I hand fly it. The 727 is best hand flown anyway because of its crappy A/P and Flight Director.
