I've noticed that you can steer ALL FSX aircraft on the ground using the ailerons which is very unrealistic. Is there anyway to eliminate this feature?

That's the autorudder in the FSX realism options. Turn it off and free your nosegear.  Cheesy

Well once you're on the takeoff roll, and reach Vmcg, you can experience control of the aircraft with ailerons, while still on the ground.
