From what I know 727's have brake son the front wheels only, I doubt this truck could have supported the weight of the plane at given time,and then be able to stop it.

The nose of the aircraft doesn't look real at all (well not like a 727 nose). It would say it's a fake video!

That's true Mark,at first I thought it was too short and round,maybe the abscence of a radar?

No nosewheel brakes on any aeroplane that I am aware of - just as a matter of interest. All brakes on the mains only.
