Greetings,  This is my first post on this forum and I wish to apologize in advance if I break any rules.  I recently purchased the boxed edition of this add-on but it appears no one supports the boxed version.   There have been many post regarding the flight modeling and stability issues.  In the past CS has issued service packs to fix problems but it appears to be only available CS Direct Download customers.  I currently have version 1.4 but if a new service pack is issued do I have any options to obtain the newest service pack?

Hi Mark,  Thanks for your reply.    My boxed version was actually published by another company.  however,  this product does not appear on their support list so I have sent an E-mail to another company support and waiting a reply.   Hopefully they will respond and end the mystery.    Thanks again.

Hi again Mark,   I really appreciate all the help you and everyone have given.    I have been in contact Fabian at another company and he confirmed that Capt. Sim does support  the another company boxed version.    I went back and  and discovered what  I actually needed to enter was  my "Install" code and not the "Box User" code listed under "Support".  Now I am able to access all areas of the Capt. Sim website.   Also,   Fabian has indicated he may be able to send an English version of the manual.  another company has been very responsive and I am very pleased with their Customer Service.  Once again,  Thank you to you and to everyone.
