New B 727 Download needed. (Read 4718 times)

	After recovering from a fatal computer issue I have managed to get my CS C 130 re-installed using ACE I attampted the same with the B 727 and it will not load. At this stage I am pretty sure I will need another download.

	To get another download, go to Your Profile > Products > 757 > Extended Download Service > Get New Links

	I went to my User CP/Profile and see no products selection.

	you need to go to www.captainsim.com and login there. there you will find all products you bought at CS and you can select the product. from there you can get new download links to get the file you require.

	try a different browser. I had this problem when running with firefox. Internet Explorer did the trick for me.

Do I have to purchase the download again???????????????? 	I do not believe it to be my browser (Internet Explorer) though I could be wrong. I simply cannot get past the Login Page. I have checked my order number numerous times.

	As I have posted before, I had a terrible computer crash that required major maintenance. I was able to re-install my C 130 but not my B 727. It keeps telling me that it cannot file the aircraft.cfg. I believe I need a new download and I have tried numerous times to log into my profile. The end result is I cannot log in. It tells me that my order number or validation key is wrong. I have shut my UA and Firewalls even granted permission for Captain Sim through my blocked contents. Finally got FSX, REX 2.0 to work and would love to fly the B 727 again. Do I need to re-purchase this item.

	You don't need to purchase it again. Click on Cannot find your Order Number? if the order number is the problem. Or. Click on Forgot E-mail? if the problem is that the e-mail is wrong.
