1. Make sure you use valid Order Number.
Note:
- Flight1 Orders: If for any reason you have not received e-mail from Captain Sim, you can use an order number you received from Flight1: just add letters 'FL' to your Flight1 order number (12345 becomes FL12345) to install the product.
- SimMarket Orders: If for any reason you have not received e-mail from Captain Sim, you can use an order number you received from SimMarket: just add letters 'SM' to your SimMarket order number (12345 becomes SM12345) to install the product.
2. Make sure you use valid email
3. Make sure your do not type the following characters: ; : , # spaces / $ []{}_ -$%^&*()"'
4. Make sure your browser security level is not higher than MEDIUM-HIGH (Tools>Internet Options>Security)
5. Clean your browser cache (Tools>Internet Options>General)
6. Remove all captainsim.com cookies (Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>)

If the above does not help check your firewall settings.

If the above does not help and you are on Windows Vista you may need to override User Account Control features in Windows Vista.
