Gents good morning/afternoon/evening,

I run CS707 on:

Vista 64big SP1
Intel Core 2 CPU 6600 2.40Ghz
2.0GB RAM
Nividia GeForce 8800 GTS

What is the easy way to improve a smoother and quicker PC operation ? Huh

Thanks for help

Jan Koppen,

Have a look at this web site...

http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html

I don't think there is a lot you can do after a very fast processor, but this did improve my frame rates.

Your mileage may vary, but have a look.

Lou is right, Jan, your CPU will be the main limiting factor there while your amount of RAM is another (but far less significant) one.
Maybe some overclocking can help you on the CPU (cool it well and read some guides before!) and that page from Lou's post might help you too.

Wow!!! That ventubo site is awesome! Fsx is working a lot better, and it stopped some of my planes from messing up the simulator! Thanks, LOU.

Does that include sorting out your blurry textures problem?
