Visual effects for Ground AI

Could anyone point me to the line in the CSWeapon.xml file where I can ammend the amount of time the smoke/fire effect is visible when attacking a ground target? It only last for about 30 secs at the moment and I would like it to last for an infinite amount of time if possible?

I think it may be in the FX file itself but correct me if I'm wrong.

The Weapon supports unlimited number of damage sections to determine stroked simobject behavior. <!-- Target section --> See SDK for details.

I can never find the SDK for it.
