i don't know if he will get to read this but i for one would like to say thank you to this man for doing the repaints that he has done over the past two years
not just for the captin sim stuff but for the amazing B-17 repaints

i have been a fan of his work from the day he started posting repaints untill now and it looks like its coming to a end due to his computer problems

now most of you may of had repaints done by Nath2889at some point and probable downloaded others as well

but if you were like me i just asked took and never realy said thank you and yet he didn't complained and when i asked for another and another and so one he still painted them never asked for any thing

and i just took them thinking this was grate all free and never stop to think on the fact that he would sit there day in and day out painting 2-3 aircraft a day some for me rest for others and never said no to any ones request
although some times his list got so long he forgot a few but if he got reminded he put them on the top

and now he faces a problem that could of been helped by all of us if we had just droped a donation in to his coffee fund and not just being on the take
and maby he would be abule to sort out his problem and now he unabule to keep his work coming

and even though now i know that i should of at leasted droped a little some thing in now and then for the hard work he has done for us flight simmers
its to little to late so you will be missed by some of us (me for one)
and i did drop £20 in to your coffee fund as a thank you from me and im sorry it wasnt more

Hey everyone.

Lets show our appreciation Nathan Phillips (nath2889). Donate to his "Coffee fund" in order to get him back on and back to his repainting as soon as possible!

As samurai has said. How many repaints of his YOU havet? How many has he actually done FOR YOU when you requested a repaint? He needs our help because his laptop is almost (might already be) dead. If we all donate a small amount, each, he can (hopefully) replace his old laptop with another (hopefully new) one. He needs a new one because he uses it a lot for his repainting. He doesn't fly much (except to test his repaints) he just want to do repaints for the aircraft. He does them not just for the Captain Sim addon aircraft, but others as well.

Go to his web site http://nathansfsxrepaints.co.uk/#/home/4537255975 and click on the orange button that says Buy me a coffee.....

Welcome back online, Nathan.

I was just joking about that Hello Kitty thing. Do you have such a thing or plans about it? (never saw one on the page but a B-52 in such colors would look .. funny)
Well, if you do, I will fly it proudly across the skies.

I wonder which callsign I'll set up when going online then.  Cheesy

Hi, Nathan.

I hope that Christmas went better than your latest PC efforts for you. I did some flight in your very cool Goldfinger paint of the 707 and wanted to drop two screens (recommended to view them BIG).
Thanks for your work so far and good luck on the new system of yours. Looking forward to seeing you again online.

PS: I recently wanted to load some C-130 paints but the site states (on some of them) that the quota is exceeded. If I can help there with another Christmas coffee or so, drop me a line.

Seems like the Captain Sim forums are currently running without the message feature (at least, I can't access any message page here since the last sales action), so no hurry needed.
Enjoy those Christmas days, all of you fellow active forum members around.  Smiley

Hi CoolP and Nathan.

How cool (no pun intended) would the Bond 707 look with the wings matching the fuselage? Just a thought.

Merry Christmas.

You mean like here http://www.captainsim.org/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1290377554?

Well, the FAA called Nathan to stop this work on the shiny wings I think. He continued and now look what they've done to his computer .. those guys are tough, but Nathan is even tougher.

Not quite. I was thinking more along the lines of black and gold wings rather than all gold wings.

Really good idea, Mark.

Maybe the Billy Bob's Airlines paint could go wing painted too then. We have to ask Nathan.
Hoping he's back online soon.

It might be too big of an ask. I haven't looked at the repaint kit to see if the wings are included or not. It's up to Nathan now. Wink
