Hi Nathan,

Congratulations for your great job. I“ve got it. Is there any way to convert the fs9 bmp to fsx dds in order to use the fs9 textures in the fsx?

Greetings from Rio de Janeiro

you need to use a BMP converter to convert the bmp used in fs9 to dds used by fsx
like this one

You also need to flip the texture vertically or your plane will look really messed up!

Thanks Nathan and Mark. I“ll try it. What I want is to be able to choose among all the textures already developed for FS9. There aren“t many for FSX.

Hi Dirceu.

If you leave the textures as .bmp, you don't need to flip them vertically. You can have both .dds textures and .bmp textures in the folder at the same time while you are working on them. FSX will look for and use the .dds before it will use the .bmp.
