Hello,

I was just wondering I am trying to figure out how to set up my captain sim to have the first officer help out with the checklists or say the v speeds when you are about to takeoff just like in the video in youtube (767 level  d  vs 767 Captain Sim) I am trying to do that but don't know how.

You can't. The Captain Sim 767's don't have any of the assistance from the FO like the other 767 has.

Try another company FDC Live Cockpit!
Works great with all kinds of aircraft!

I can not hear GPWS callout( 500,100, etc...), cabin sign sounds(non smoke, seat belt), also autopilot disengage alart sound.

Does someone know how to fix it?
Please teach me.

Hi dai.

The fix for not hearing the announcements and seatbelts and smoking signs etc., is to edite the FSX\Captain_Sim\767\sound.ini like this:

SoundOffWhenSimIsSlew=1              to            SoundOffWhenSimIsSlew=0
SoundOffWhenSimIsPaused=1           to            SoundOffWhenSimIsPaused=0
SoundOffWhenSimDialogIsOpen=1      no changes
SoundOffWhenSimSoundIsOff=1         no changes

Those lines are right near the top so you shouldn't have any trouble finding them.

Hope his helps.

Mark

Hey Guys,
I have the 767 v1.4 having a huge problem. I have read many posts and cant find answers at all to it. I have tried changing the values from 0-1, i have tried installing the dll file and still nada. Basically none of the GPWS,crew announcement, tcas test wont work. I think it has to do something with vista 64. When i had this on the 32bit it worked fine. Please someone help i miss  it Sad
