The easiest way is loading the saved flight included in the installation...

another way is taking the default Cessna,
turning everything off (magneto's, lights, cutting the fuel, battery and master switch)
(just leave the avionics master switch on, as turning this off may cause problems with some addons that do not have this switch)
Save the flight (call it something like Cessna cold 'n' dark)

load the 757 or any other aircraft, and you will find it cold and dark.
(if some screens are still working, turn on the battery, then turn it off again, it should be completely dark now)

I have such a saved cold and dark cessna as my default flight... saves me from doing this every time I want to do the startup myself...

Good Morning Dear Tyrion,

I started my work on this plane and the documentation. But i note that the saved flight you told me doesn't exist in the installation ?
Perhaps i done a mistake ?

I thank you.

I just checked, and I have the following saved flights:
757-200 Cleared for takeoff (KSEA)
757-200 Cold-n-dark (KSEA)

as far as I know, they should be there...
(I just clicked the 'load' button in the FSX freeflight screen to find them)

If you can't find them in your "My Documents\Flight Simulator X files\", go to "Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Captain_Sim\757\flights\" and copy all the files there and paste them in "My Documents\Flight Simulator X files\". This should allow you to load the "757-200 Cold-n-dark (KSEA)" flight.

Hope this helps.
