I'd like to upload a screenshot directly from my hard drive to this forum. But i'm unable to do it. Anybody knows?

Upload the photo onto a website like Photobucket, then post the [img] here.

There's actually a really good tool for that.  It's at http://www.uploadscreenshot.com/.  Basically, you just press printscreen on your keyboard (to take a screenshot of your whole screen), or alt-printscreen (to take a screenshot of just a window) and it will be copied to your clipboard.  You can then go to uploadscreenshot.com and paste what's in your clipboard, submit it, and it will be uploaded.  It'll give you a link with a bbcode that you can copy/paste to your posts.
