The name's "OH" and it's right in your "panel" folder. Actually it opens with no problem. If you have problems with some .bmp files opening then use either "Imagetool" or "DXTbmp". Also there's plug in from Nvidia (can't remember the name) that opens .dds files in Photoshop.

Actually it is black. All the textures/gauges are in "cs.b757.oh" cab file in "gauges" folder.

Yep, after modifying you should save it as a .cab file. You may use either a program, that saves files as .cab (I know one can't remember name it's shareware works for a month or so) or use .cabdir. You may find it either in "FSX Deluxe Edition" or in FS9 SDK.
