	Hey everyone the first few days I bought the captain sim 757 for fsx It was summer so no need to use the ILS system. but now in the winter i get alot of places in low visibility with need to use the ILS and VOR App. When i tune in the ILS on the MCP and the course according to the map on fs and charts that both are correct and It wont catch the ILS i press the APP and sometimes the LOC button and nothing happenes. This Situation has got me really annoyed because I love that aircraft and want to fix the problem. if anyone has ever had this problem please let me know or i will have to switch this systems.

	Does this happen with every ILS/VOR freq. you've tried and multiple airports or just one airport?

	you've to manually enter ils frequency in radio shack, it "does" works provided the airport is in the database ...try searching forum

	The ILS reciever is not on the MCP, it's on the center console in the radio stack Just like the 767. �The MCP item is a VOR/DME only reciever...As a matter of fact, you shouldn't even be able to dial in a ILS frequency on the MCP reciever if they modeled it correctly, only VOR's..Look CLOSELY at the radio stack and you will see the ILS reciever labeled as such... (When all else fails, read the documention).. Mike B.

	you are not alone, this is definatly a bug, you can no longer with 2.1 do any type of HSI/VOR or ILS navigation approaches. Rest of you who fly, please test this out, i am curious to see if this affects only fs2004 or both FSX/04

	I've found the same issue with my FS9 install. I wrote another thread on the subject before I realized this is the same issue.

	i have a question about navigating via vor, in cs757 i tune the freq and setup correct heading on the course, but the needle mark or the central pink bar is not showing me variation of the course, yet DME shows me correct heading and distance. �in EFIS i do select VOR option both exp vor and full vor and neither show the pink bar moving or variations of the course. �is that normal? it also displayes similar behaviour on the ILS no glideslope info or am i doing something wrong. i am on pro pack sp 2.1

	So no one has issue with their VOR tuning??? i tried all the things i found on web including adding a gauge to turn on and off avionics as well as select between GPS/NAV and still no go. what am i doing wrong, cant navigate with no VOR tuning.

	I have the same problem. The needle doesn�t works with VOR. SP 2.1

	Yep, same thing also with 2.1. Tried tracking a radial and unable to do so. No TO-FROM indications on the HSI. Makes it inconvienent if you have to hold somewhere or conducting a VOR approach.

	Rebata, there is s bug in VOR/ILS nav of the 757 pro, prior to patch VOR TO/FROM worked, you could navigate via VOR, right now neither ILS or VOR navigation working after getting 2.1 installed. See other topics as few of us experience this now.
