This post is not a petition for CS to comeback to FS9. We should respect their decision to end their FS9 line of products. I'd like to express, however, my disappointment with respect to that decision. I think it came a bit too early as the pace of transition from FS9 to FSX is moderate (not to say it's slow).

When I heard the news of all the  767 family from CS I couldn't control my happiness until the sad day came on which the 767 turned to be FSX only.  My point of view is that some developers could at some point focus on FSX only but if they're making a key product (like the 767) they should consider both platforms to make the whole FS community happy.  Yes it's painful, tedious, lengthy, nerve-racking  but that's the road to thousands and thousands of pockets!

p.s: this post is not an FSX vs FS9 discussion it's about the timing for some developers to drop FS9.

FSX is far more popular than you might think.

I'm glad CS has decided to focus on FSX and I wish other
developers would do the same.
