My default FSX Free Flight for the Dr Sim 757 Freighter does not start from blank displays.

How dio I turn off all power so I can try Bob Markey's PreFlight checklist ?

Any help is always appreciated.

I believe I just found it...
I started turning all switches off and when I got to 'BAT' everything went dead.

When I switch it ('BAT') back on the engines are on ... so I am back to square 1.

How do I do a cold start from scratch ?

Any takers ?

I found that turning off R and L FUEL CONTROL switches turns
off the engines.

start with default Cessna... turn everything off, including key, fuel everything. Switch to 757. Everything should be dead.

You can save the dead Cessna as your default flight if you always want to start from a a cold and dark airplane.

Thanks Tim,

I shall try that.
Any ideas about the joystick in the cockpit not working?
You can post answer on the other thread which asks  the question.

Can someone please link me to this preflight checklist? I tried a search and couldn't find anything.
