No, it is not so simple like this.

Navigraph develops new cycles exactly to update TP and airports informations, to reflect real world.

I have experienced some 'non capture' ILS frequencies exactly because default airport did not match with latest AIRAC cycle.

In that case, there was a new ILS frequency that FMC was reading to the specific runway, and default FSX airport had the old frequency.

By the way, it gave me the opportunity to learn how to edit and compile airports with new information.
