Switches Inoperative

I've got serious issues here.  In 2D and 3D panels, the majority of switches are clickable but do not switch.  The list of what does is much shorter.  The overhead in VC are not even clickable, it's like the gauges aren't even loaded up.  Another problem I noticed, which I could live with, is that the ACE utility does not have a save button.  Lastly, all the textures are working fine except the prop spinner.  ONce engines are started the blades disappear.

I've read through the entire forums for advice.  I've reinstalled FSX clean install, then installed Acceleration, then the C-130 base only.  I've reloaded the aircraft several times, switched through 2d, 3d, spot several times as well.  Nothing I do makes the slightest difference.  I have also updated my Geforce drivers to the latest 178.13 as well as rolling back to a few previous versions.  I even tried the demo version, and tried installing to another computer, same results.

Is this an issue that will be resolved?  Any help would be appreciated guys.
