Hello Chris,

I did had this same exact problem with my Captainsim 757. The only solution is to uninstall your Captainsim 757. You must go to my computer, C: drive, Program files then microsoft games. If using flight simulator X then you click on the "Microsoft Flight Simulator X" folder. Delete anything that has to do with captainsim. All Captainsim folders must be DELETED. Then restart your computer and try reinstalling your product. If that doesnt work then there is not much I could say. Hope it help.

Is there any chance still that the correct gauge files could be added to the kb?

No this will make no difference. Please try to uninstall 757 Captain products, reinstall (repair) MS Acceleration and install 757 products again.

-All my CRT display panels in the 757 FSX cockpit are missing the numerical values. The dial tick marks and line segments are there but no numbers. What is going on.

Have you got the latest version of the aircraft.  This issue was with the older version.  The latest one fixes it.

Hope this helps.
