Vertical Speed Indicator

The vertical Speed indicator does not seem to function. Am I missing something here?
Other than that, a completely new model, very nice as well and I'm actually enjoying flying this one more-so than the other.
Will definitly keep at it!

Hello,

you need to align IRS on the overhead panel.
