FSX termination after changing views

I met this problem from the first moment I bouht C-130 pro. they issue the report for long time, but they said they will support, unless 10 people meet the same situation .I am desperate now.
anyone met the same situation or anyone can help?
thanks alot

1. Product name and version?

C-130X pro

2. Download or a box?

Download

3. MSFS version?

FSX

4. MSFS Service Pack version?

SP2

5. What exactly doesn’t work or works wrong? (screenshot required for all graphics related issues)

in some models, when I change view from spot or lock spot back to 2D or VC view, the FSX will stop. and a while later the fsx will terminate. but in the other model, such as the UN one, I can change view as will, even don't need to follow 2D-VC-spot procedure as menu.  my 757 and sound pack meet same problem after C-130 pro installed. before my c-130 and sp2 installed 757 fly good and before this problem cs757 is my favorite jet airline.

6. When it happens?

in some models, when transfer view from spot or lock spot to 2D or VC, the fsx terminate.
in some models, the HSI never move.

7. How exactly do you think it supposed to work?

The view should change as will, randomly. At least, I could follow the menu told to circle view follow 2D-VC-spot procedure.
the HSI should work through entire flight.

8. What is your system? (OS, video, RAM, CPU)
winXP service pack 2
Geforce Go 7400 512MB
1.00 GB Ram
Centrind Duo T2300 1.66GHz

thanks all of Vpilots and support who concern
after long time check and test, finally, I resolved this problem for both my favorit 757 and C-130 by uncheck the "aircraft cast shadow on itself".
and, after one by one set item check I found the " aircraft cast shadow on itself" is the only one element lead the problem.
if, anyone suffer the same problem, hope my experience will be helpful.

I can confirm that since installing SP2 that I am now getting CTD's in the USAF gray livery C-130E (which is the only one I fly).  It happens when I am panning around inside the VC using Track IR 4 Pro.  This never happened before I installed SP2.

I use Windows XP SP2, and have an NVidia GEForce 6800 286MB video card, and a P4 3.0 GHz computer.

I shall try the 'aircraft casts shadows on itself' uncheck to see whether that solves my power supply to the HSI problem.

Thanks for all of your replies, by the way (not).
