Paratroops

Hello!

I've loaded the aircraft with the paratroopers and flow to the place I wanted to drop.

Also, I've read the manual, fount a lot about systems and procedures, but nothing about animation.

I flow at H= 3000 ft (FEET), cabin altitude have been at 3000 feet (I made a manual depressurisation), so I opened doors and the ramp, pushed "ALERT", and after a while, "JUMP", but... I've got nobody to jump Smiley

Also, how to get them out?

Thank you

And thank you for a brilliant model!

Sorry to say Eclipse but the paratroop loading is just a change to the aircraft's handling only.  There is no paratroops included in the package.

The only way you can drop paratroops is by using an extra effect that can be found on www.avsim.com .

Search for the file names below

File Name                           Effect

   82abd-fx                      Paratroops in Desert Camo
   82ab-fx                        Paratroops in Green camo
fxad-01                        Paletted load. (Boxes air drop)

Hope this helps

Eclipse,

Dax had a good suggestion for the visuals.  What you could do is once you've calculated all of the troops are gone, go ahead and manually change the paratroop payloads to zero.

The weight change with the visuals would be a nice package; Click on the Green Jump button and the payload decreases by 551lbs per second along with the visual  of the troops.   Wink
