Sorry to disappoint you, but later on I got 3.450 seconds.   Took me some time though.

To take a shot of if, press the 'print screen' key on your keyboard and then paste it somewhere. You may have to use a editing program to paste it depending on your computer. Then, just upload it to a website like photobucket and put the URL here.  

Well, I used to do touch typing (typing really fast).  If you want, I can give you simpler instructions on how to upload.

Okay. First off, are you a member of www.photobucket.com

Its an easy way to upload pictures. The good thing is that its free, and you won't get any junk email (and its easy to use  )

Once you become a member (if you want to), do the following....

• Go to your account
• Click the 'Browse' and select the picture you want to upload
• Then, click 'Upload' (this may take a while)
• Once its uploaded, copy the direct link (its under the picture, just click it to copy)
• Then, when your posting either click the 'Insert Picture' tab at the top, or...
• --- write the following (don't put in the |in there)
• In the middle of the 'img', paste the link
• and then click 'Post' when finished.  

I hope this has given you a better understanding of it.  

Its the account on photobucket. When you have uploaded the picture, get the link and then post it. 

There are also other picture websites, but this is proberbly the best one.
