When the wipers are operated, the vc front windscreen will occasionally "flash".


AMD 64 3000, ATi 9500 Pro 128mg, 1G DDR 3200

This is not a 'bug'. The rain drops textures are complex enough and may take some time to reload on some systems under some conditions. That's why you may see the "flash".
