Fuel Planning

I am making an Excell sheet for Fuel Planning, What would be the best fuel burn AVG to figure in for Cruise. I am using 6000#/hr for Taxi, Reserve, and Extra, but I am thinking I should use 3900#/hr for the cruise phase. Does this sound correct or should I set it up to a higher setting. What do the RW drivers use for a predicted flow?

We used 5000 at LRAFB for almost every flight, and that was like within pounds of being accurate.....try between 4 and 5 grand and you should be good to go, depending on what operations your doing.

Thanks guys I will use 4500# to be safe then. I am just figuring it for normal cruise at altitude.
