Hi CS.

I changed my computer, I installed a new Windows 10 installation with a new license and since I'm unable to use ACE, I get error 24. I read this thread but nothing works for me. https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1489697628

So now I can't update my B777. What I can do ?

The error 24 is an INSTALLER error which got nothing to do with ACE.

You are right. I got this error trying to launch ACE once installed, but now I can't even install it because the message on the picture. It's worst than the error 24.

I get this UNABLE TO VERIFY A LICENSE when I click on the ACE icon to install it.

Yes you can. Run the csm772_1000.exe

And post a screenshot the INSTALLER error you get.

Ok, I'll try that as soon I'll land my plane. Still 90 minutes to go.

I cannot use the ACE at all and it keeps saying this, it gives me the option to choose my offical folder but when i go to press save it wont let me press it.

You are right, I can't run ACE alone without installing the B777 first.

Try to change your D:\MSFS\Community\captainsim-aircraft-m772 to   
D:\MSFS\Community

On the first post of this thread, I mentionned I followed all instructions in the link without succes. I turned OFF firewall, defender, AV, everything and nothing works.

Could you please do something about this problem. You don't fix or help me telling me the problem is my AV. There is something else and as a customer for many years, I would appreciate some more help. As for now my B777 doesn't work and I paid for.

I even tried removing completely my AV and still the same error. To me it's not the AV the problem but your installer.

Yesterday I read very carefully the thread, I did absolutely everything, checked the threat (none), turned off everything and still nothing works.

Can't install your B777 on my new computer. What next, a refund now !  I didn't pay for a product not able to install on a new machine.

I just can't believe it. I contacted the support like you suggested me and they fixed my problem within 1 hour !!!  You should be awared they use a different file for the launcher, it installed like a charmed.
