Please need help with me order number, I format the computer several times, and now your system tell me that I installed to much times, but that´s why, now I upgrade my computer and it´s 100% functional. So I need maybe your authorization to install it again. I am waiting for your answer in the customer support section also.

Hello, me too i'm in the same situation. :-[
We format regularly our pc, and from last July we had video cards (first), and then hard disk (second) and finally power supply dead. We have a totally new pc now, but we can't activate it. It's possible solve somehow? (The 777 was a gift for my husband.)
