Installer Errors

If you get the Locked Order Number error please follow the installer prompts. That's the only way to get an Order Number unlocked.

IF YOU GOT NO INSTALLER ERRORS BUT EXPERIENCE ANTIVIRUS ALERTS AND/OR LIMITED SOFTWARE FUNCTIONALITY PLEASE READ THIS.

If you cannot run the product's installer exe file at all and/or suspect the download is corrupted: re-download the product.

A. If you get an Installer Error which does not prompt you to proceed to any direct solution form,
try complete re-install of the product.

B. If you get product Activation error,
1. Make sure you are using a correct Order Number, which is NOT a transaction ID.
2. Try offline activation.

C. If it's the 757 CAPTAIN III you can try Manual installation

For all other products please PM to this account providing:
- Order Number
- Product title
- Purchaser name
- Purchaser email
- Sim version
- Error number/message
- Type "ABC" indicating that you have tried the above.
