Today I purchased Capt Sim B777-300 for MSFS 2020 from your site and installed from the Link advised, which it did install, but there is no Base Texture File included in the installed package, thus my plane shows as a pink checkerboard in Msfs 2020. Could you please send me the missing base texture File or refund me the money I paid. Thank you.

Have resolved the issue, and have now managed to install the base textures file. Any suggestions about having the engines sound like they are real engines, as they are not making any sounds.
