I bought your guys airplane on Microsoft flight simulator 2024 on 8/18/26 I was happy to fly a new airplane, but when I load the airplane in and begin to fly from the gate to the runway, I had a very poor performance technical issues and graphical loading issues in the airplane everything on the airplane that had issues did not make me happy to purchase this airplane from the start. I want a refund this is a big disappointment.

Rework the design graphics texture overhaul for the entire airplane. It looks unrealistic and not authentic to the airplane designs and real-life appearances inside. The aircraft functions as expected when the jet bridge connects to the boarding door, and the airplane door functions when you click most buttons. However, the airplane needs major overhaul from details, renderings, functioning, and multiple button clicks. For example, the pilot window should be opened with a single click, and the cockpit door window and boarding doors should be opened with a single click.
