Apologies again!  I just reinstalled the sim, and some of my control mappings vanished.  Prop lever working as expected now. 

hi there,  thank you for the latest update! but i have found one or another bugs  besides the center of gravity problem...  the flaps lever did not move at all- flaps on hotas is working but not on mouse control and the artificial horizon doesnt also work properly in the cockpit. infact the horizontal line of the indicator shows only climbing and descending but no banking angle. the horizon line remains  in the same angle as the plane and not as the horizon outside what it should be?!? Is this a common problem in MSFS24, bc in MSFS20 works evertything well!  BR Weasel230

Hello I new. I'm not one to post on forums much. What i really want is for someone from CS to help me but they don't seem to believe in direct support. Which to me seems insane. I purchased a MSFS 2020 C-130J. When I try to install it I get a window saying "Error 32:The Order Number is not found in our records"
I purchased It from Sim Market. They wont help me. They said only CS can help me. Captain Sim says only the Forum can help. This whole process is stupid. Its like if the cook burns my food don't complain to the waiter go talk to the other customers in line outside? I just want my file. I have several other CS aircraft never had a problem before. Sorry but I don't know else to do. Thanks
