CaptainSim 767 Ace - Too many requests

All of a sudden, I've started getting an error when I try and open 767 or 757 ACE.  The error says "The Remote Server returned an error:  (429) Too Many Requests.

It happens when you open it and when you try and connect to the online livery listing.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just tested the 767 II ACE, and had no problems at all when selecting ONLINE to look for liveries to download (see image), so I'm not sure why your having this problem.
Add the 767 II ACE to your Anti-Virus exclusion list and try it again to go onlinw to see if that fixes the problem. However, if that doesn't work, you could just reinstall the 767 II Base Pack so that the 767 II ACE gets reinstalled to see if that helps.

I recommend that you backup your aircraft.cfg files for the CS_B767-300ER-II's (X:\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B767-300ER-II_PW4060, and X:\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B767-300ER-II_PW4060_4D) before you reinstall the 767 II Base Pack.. That way you don't lose any liveries you already have installed.

Sorry in advance if this is not the proper board.

This is happening to me as well for the C-130H.  I'm attempting to get the latest aircraft update file so I can use GPS Navigation.

I added ace_m133.exe to my McAfee AntiVirus exclusion list.  Then when I execute ACE; I get a screen panel asking if I want to 1)check for updates, 2)Deactivate the product or 3)layout,json.fix.  I choose to Check for Updates and then immediately get a screen panel saying "The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests."

I honestly don't know why that's happening. I just used the MSFS2020 130H ACE (m133_ace.exe) to check for updates and it worked fine for me (although I already have the latest version according to the ACE). Undecided

Double checked my AV.

Turned off Windows Defender Firewall and McAfee Advanced Firewall.

Executed m133.exe (m133 v.1.0.0.0 ACE v.1.0.0.0) and got the same results; when I clicked on "Check for Updates" I immediately received the panel "The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests."

What is the path to escalate this to CS Support?

Thanks
