757-200 Strobe Lights Issue

For the record I am using the Prepar3d v5 (since it was same installed).

Everything appears to work, except I keep getting this (flashing while strobes are on), where a rectangular gray area appears around the strobe.  The Strobe itself is (mostly) working.

Is this a Display/Graphics Setting?

Forgot to mention: I have uninstalled and reinstalled and doesn't help.

the CS 767 is not impacted by this.
