I normally purchase all 5 of my Captain Sim softwares via Marketplace - but today - decided to do the "right thing" and
Purchase the Heinkel 111 direct from your website and I am very disappointed and frustrated by your system

Apart from the fact that it took almost 1 hour to download on my fast internet - when I finally got the download and tried to install - it needed an order number which I was informed it would be on my receipt - but the only number was the
Receipt number - and subsequently - the install - FAILED! ----- #1384-9398

I have not received an order number - when asked again for you to send - and my E mail is OK - since I
did receive a receipt!,

Should I ask you for a rebate and await the software on marketplace - or will you send me an order number??

Login to your captain sim account, click on your name where it says Welcome, _________ , and you will find your order numbers.

That's the point - one needs an order number to sign in as well as Email address
unless there is somewhere else to sign in other than website

Oh yeah that's true I forgot about that. There's a list of email providers that do not work with CS that they give when you go to purchase a product, so idk if that's an issue for you? There should be a way to recover your order numbers from the login screen, I've had to use that before.

Please someone - any help to get this order number appreciated
I had this aircraft in P3D and do want it in 2020
have tried all suggestions on the website
I never got the number by email as I should have - only a receipt number

Also I would like to add about the payment: in any case of payment by PayPal or Credit Card, the final payment page contains all the necessary information, which is immediately sent to e-mail. Even if you do not receive an email, at this moment you have the necessary download links and activation key.

To whoever sorted this out - my thanks - a great bird - long awaited now - when do you start on a Lancaster - or Halifax to keep up with the 4 engine Herc??
