Hello Captain Sim, I recently purchased your Space Shuttle add-on for MSFS2020. Unfortunately, I believe I was identified as a "guest"!

But that was just the beginning of the download problem. I purchased your add-on through the Microsoft Marketplace, that is accessed through the Sim itself! The Sim was already running!

I did receive emails from Steam, as I added funds to my "Steam Wallet". The other email was from PayPal, acknowledging my purchase. I was never given the opportunity to give you my other email address (jeff47@nc.rr.com), but I now see that wouldn't work either, as per you message about troublesome servers!

To make matters worse, I chose the "purchase and install" option for the add-on (Space Shuttle), which it did, through the installer! When I checked my Downloads Folder, the Shuttle was not there! Then I went back to the Sim (MSFS 2020), and was surprised to see, it was added to my aircraft listing! I elected to give it a try, to see if it worked. Well, it kind of worked, in only one of the three options, that I was supposed to have!?

I mentioned above, that the download folder never had the download file (zip?) to begin with, and I was trying to locate the user manual, to see the instructions, in case I did something wrong? I then searched my "Community Folder" to see if there was an internal link to the manual page(s). I have searched all through my files listings, numerous times, but never found the Shuttle file listing !  Now I'm concerned, as I have no way to remove the partially installed add-on Shuttle!

After all the trouble I experienced with this add-on, all I want to do is remove it, and possibly start over, with the steps you've addressed in your forums!

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated! Thank-you.

To uninstall it, go to Profile > Content Manager > Search for "Space Shuttle" (it will probably shoe by the time you finiash typing "space") > Select Space Shuttle > Select DELETE to uninstall/remove it.
To reinstall it, in Content Manager, select Uninstalled > Space Shuttle > INSTALL (hopefully everything will be sorted out after you do that).
What are the three options you are supposed to have that you are are missing two of?
Because it was purchased in the Marketplace, as far as I know, it won't be installed in "Community Folder", it will be in the Official\OneStore folder (not sure were to find that by default, as my MSFS 2020 is installed on my E: drive(E:\Flight Sims\Microsoft Flight Simulator)).

Note. I have the Captain Sim online store version, not the MSFS Marketplace version. So mine isd in the "Community Folder" (my Captain Sim addons bought in the Marketplace are installed in the Official\OneStore folder).
