No confirmation of purchase email

I bought the B767 base model and the extension for P3Dv5 about 2-3 hours ago, but have not, as yet, received the confirmation email.
There is nothing in my Junk folder, either.
Can you please resend it for me?

WILL SOMEBODY AT CS ANSWER THIS EMAIL PLEASE?

It has been more than 4 hours since I hade the purchase and still no email, but CS remain totally silent to my requests for them to resend!
It would help if there was a dedicated means of contacting a customer support person instead of broadcasting requests on a forum!

It has been 10 hours now, and you have still not responded to my messages. Why?
If, in the morning, I have not received my email, or a satisfactory reply to these messages, I shall be asking my bank to collect the money (paid by Visa) from you as I have not received the goods that I have paid for.

Login to Your Profile (make sure you use the email you used to buy the products), you should see the product you bought listed there. This will include the Order Number, allowing you to install the product. If you need to download the product, use the Extended Download Service to download a new installer for the product. Please make sure you turn your AV, or Windows Defender OFF before you download, as Captain Sim products often get false flags for viruses/trojens, but they are free of both.

One thing. Did you take note of the order page you got after making the payment? As in something like a screenshot, or taking a note of the Order Number? As the Order Number would have been provided so you could install your newly purchased product. I know this is not the same as the confirmation email (which includes the same info).

Is it possible you incorrectly entered your email address when making the order? You should have received the email by now regardless of whether it's in your inbox or your junk file.

I lost power shortly after making the order and had not had time to save the order number. I thought nothing of it as I was led to believe that CS would be sending me an email. Which it has not done!

Okay. Have you purchased any other product before (I see you have been a member of the forum since December 2023) with the same email? If so, you will have all your orders listed in your profile, including the last one.

I bought the B777 while it was in development many years ago. There were issues with that, which is why I have not bought from CS since. It could have also been on my old email address, which is no longer useable.
I only have a forum profile and there is nothing on that.

It is also interesting that even though I have notification flag set, I have never had an email from CS to say that there is a reply to my forum posts.
Does this indicate a problem with the CS email system?

I had to take a break due to excesive pain. I should have logged out of here, but due to that pain I forgot.

However, I also ordered the B767 Extension, but I am unable to install it as it does not appear to be included in the Order Number.
