Sorry for the typo. The question that I have is the Mode Select rotary switch that is to be turned to the Nav does not go there. I believe this is an update . But No matter how I look or how long I stayed logged in to MSFS that update does not come up?
What to do? Sad

Autopilot does not follow the EFB C-130H V2(2.0.0)

Hello Captain Sim team,

I am experiencing a flight-plan tracking issue with the C-130H V2 in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on PC.

After loading my flight plan through the EFB, selecting “Send Route to Avionics” and engaging the autopilot in NAV mode, the aircraft does not follow the route toward the next waypoint.

**My configuration**

- Platform — PC
- MSFS 2024 version — 7.2 FINAL 1.9.24
- Aircraft version shown in My Library — 2.0.0
- Flight-plan loading method — EFB → Load → Send Route to Avionics

**Autopilot setup**

The procedure I am following uses these settings. Please confirm whether they are correct for version 2.0.0 in MSFS 2024.

- PILOT — ON
- RADIO BEAM COUPLER — RANGE-LOC
- FLT DIR — NORMAL
- MODE SEL — NAV

**Expected behaviour**

The autopilot should intercept and follow the active flight-plan leg, then continue through the subsequent waypoints.

**Observed behaviour**

The aircraft does not follow the route toward the next waypoint after NAV mode is selected.

Could you please clarify the following?

1. Are the settings above correct for GPS flight-plan tracking in this version?
2. Is EFB → Load → Send Route to Avionics the correct loading procedure?
3. Is an additional navigation-source selection or flight-plan activation step required?
4. Is this a known issue with aircraft version 2.0.0 or my simulator version?
5. Is there a workaround or planned fix?

I found the older forum thread “C-130J Nav not working,” which describes a similar symptom in MSFS 2024. My report concerns the C-130H V2, version 2.0.0.

Thank you for your assistance.
