Pitch command disactivated in landing

I just bought the Boeing 717-200 from FSX360 in the MSFS2020 store, or as others say Captain Sim (I think it's the same model, is'nt it ?).
The plane is nice and fun to fly but I found a very serious problem.
When I land, on the final, with flaps and landing gear extended, the plane starts to go down like a stone (speed no lower than 170-175 kts, so it doesn't seem to be a stall).
Simply the Joystick does not transmit any signal to the tail elevator which remains stationary. This situation occurs only in this phase and not during cruise flight and approach.
The trim pitch works regularly, but I can hardly land only using the trim.
What could have happened?

Thanks for your comments!
For sure, it should not be as you describe.
Please let us know if you can reproduce the situation?
Does it happen every time you approach?
What additional equipment do you use to control the airplane?

Thanks for your interest in my problem.
I don't know how to reproduce it, beyond what I wrote.
Yes, the problem occurs on every approach.
Sometimes I manage to land decently but I have to approach the runway very quickly (like 170-175 on the threshold) and very low, so that the plane, going down when I close the throttle, being few feet above the ground, doesn't have too much space to hit the surface violently.
Basically, I can't flare and this only happens to me with this model, with other jetliners I have no problems.
I should also point out that, during flight, the pitch works regularly and it is only at low speeds that it has this problem. The green fins in the plane icon on the central display that signal the elevator is activated, do not appear on the tail, even though I pull the stick towards me..
The device I use is a Thrustmaster T16000 that I have calibrated several times and that doesn't give me any particular problems.
