Propeller not feathering in flight

Hi Captain Sim,

I'm experiencing an issue with the propeller feathering in my current setup. When I move the condition lever to the feather position, the engine shuts down as expected. However, the RPM remains at approximately 22% instead of dropping to zero.

Here are some details from my configuration file:

free_turbine=1
power_scalar=1.0
low_idle_n1=69

Based on these settings, the propeller feathering should be functional, but it seems that something is causing the RPM to stay at 22% even after the engine shuts down. Here are a few specific concerns:

    The prop_feathering_available is set to 1, indicating that feathering should be available.
    The beta_feather is set to 90, which should be the correct feathering angle.
    The min_rpm_for_feather is set to 0, so it should allow feathering at any RPM.
    The defeathering_accumulators_available is set to 0. Could this be affecting the feathering process?

Could you please help me identify why the RPM is not dropping to zero as expected? Any guidance or suggestions for additional settings to check would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Is there a support ticket system that can address my concern? A propeller being able to feather is part of "Advanced simulation of the C-130 systems (normal procedures)". It sure would be nice if @captainsim engaged with their customers more. This aircraft is far from advanced or normal.
