I believe this issue is related to not having "DEFAULT" selected for the Pilot and Co-Pilot Avatars in MISC settings.

I had the dual pilots issue as well because I had Pilot3 & Pilot7 selected for my avatars.  Once I changed them to "DEFAULT", and started a new flight, the dual pilots disappeared.

You have to exit the flight and start a new one after saving the change to the avatars.  Changing them while in a flight doesn't make any difference.

You can even test the difference by setting just the Pilot or just the Co-Pilot to a custom avatar and leaving the other as default.  Then you'll only see one figure with a dual head.

Ooooh good observation. This may be the root of the issue. I'll test later, but CS, can you confirm?
