KC-777 Tanker.

I just purchased the KC-777 Tanker transport and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to turn on the EFB to use the features (CS signature animations) as advertised in the product description. This is my first time ever using a forum so please excuse my ignorance. I really would appreciate any help.

Oh and the EFB is completely greyed out with power hooked up and the aircraft running. I push the buttons but nothing happens.

Are  you even able to get the EFB powered on?

Are you guys using msfs2020 on xbox or windows? Wondering if this is an xbox specific issue. I also have same issue

i just found out that there is a screw on the bottom right hand corner of the EFB you click to turn on the options. You will click on the items themselves.
