Hi.
Why is it SO difficult to reactivate products??

It would be nice, if there was a button on the website to the reactivation aera. And this for boet Boeing 757 and boeing 767

I had to uninstall my CS 757 and 763 from my P3DV5.4, as that platform was having issues.   I figured that out, and tried to reinstall the 757 and 767, and got a message that I have exceeded activations, and to try to install manually.   I get as far as getting the .txt code sent to me.   But when I try to get a key code to use when installing manually, it just gives me that message again that I am locked out, due to too many activations.   I do not know how to deactivate the aircraft, as they are deleted.   What can I do?

Help!   Per my post above, I tried to get reactivated by installing manually, and it does not work, per my post.   Just keeps telling me I am inactivated.   Can someone from Captain Sim help?
