I have a problem with the 777-200ER. I have been using the 777 for a while, and recently I decided to start using Vatsim, but I hvae noticed that Vatsim requires me to manually switch ATC frequencies using the comms in the 777 cockpit. Usually the radios should display the ATC frequency you are currently tuned to, but for me the displays are just blacked out, and when I try turning the knobs, it doesn't do anything. This is a big issue because I haven't been able to use the 777 with Vatsim since I registered with them.

Currently, I cannot hear anything from Vatsim, because I can't switch frequencies.

I have tried re-installing the 777, but that didn't change anything.

Is anyone available to help?
