I am having the #11 error code when I try to install the C130 pack for FS9.

I have tried all options I could find on the internet with no Luck.

I have purchased this product twice in the hope that a fresh download would work but it hasn't.

Apparently theres a file out there somewhere that re-directs the installer somehow but I cannot find this file anywhere

Can anyone suggest any advice, really not happy that I have wasted money on a product that I can't use.
